The International Padel Federation (FIP) and the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP) have joined forces to hold the FIP’s Platinum and Gold tournaments in Spain, to be organized in conjunction with the federations of the country’s autonomous regions.
Platinum tournaments have a prize pool of €120,000, and Gold tournaments have a pool of €50,000.
According to the FIP and the FEP, “new talents and professionals who wish to do so will have a wide range of options to access points in the new and unique FIP world ranking, which brings together the Premier Padel circuit and the Cupra FIP Tour. The latter is present on all five continents and guarantees a “non-stop” show with around 120 tournaments per year.”
