Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton is joining TMRW Sports as an investor, the company has announced. TMRW Sports, a technology-focused venture that aims to bring innovative approaches to sports, media, and entertainment, was created in August by golf stars Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy with NBC Sports veteran Mike McCarley, who serves as TMRW Sports’ CEO. TMRW Sports’ all-star investor list boasts other celebrities like singer and actor Justin Timberlake and a host of athletes like tennis icon Serena Williams, Andy Murray, the National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Stephen Curry, and U.S. soccer star Alex Morgan, to mention but a few. Hamilton is not the only Formula One driver in the lot, which also includes Carlos Sainz of Ferrari, Alex Albon of Williams, Lando Norris of McLaren, and retired Formula One driver Mark Webber.
