The U.K.-based companies ReBound Returns and Cycleon announced their company merger. They had previously operated as separate entities under the Reconomy Group, after both being acquired in recent years. In the future, the service companies will operate under the name ReBound, a Reconomy Group company. The newly formed logistics services company is specialized in globally connected, end-to-end, tech-enabled omnichannel e-commerce returns solutions. Jelle Schoenmaker will lead the business unit, having been at the helm of Cycleon for 15 years.
Existing clients of the company include apparel and lifestyle brands Sweaty Betty, Fanatics, Crocs, Asos and Gymshark. According to ReBound, the company’s tech solutions aim the enhance customer experience while being cost-efficient and helping to achieve its clients’ sustainability goals by avoiding unnecessary textile and packaging waste.
