Look Cycle has suspended its discussions about a possible sale of the company, according to company officials. They declined to comment on a report that the French company was talking to Altor Equity Partners, the Nordic investment fund that acquired control of the Rossignol Group at the end of 2013. Besides marketing a line of ski bindings under the Look brand name, Rossignol previously had a cooperation with Look Cycle in the area of apparel.
