Look International, the French manufacturer of bicycles, automatic pedals and other cycling accessories, has come out as one of the companies that are interested in the possible acquisition of the Rossignol group, which has a line of Look branded ski bindings. It is not sure whether it has already made a firm offer. The cycling company has reportedly been turned around in the last 10 years under the management of Dominique Bergin. It manufactured 15,000 bicycles at its factories in France and Tunisia, and is expected to reach a turnover of €35 million in the year ending next June 30.
