Lululemon Athletica has reportedly sued Under Armour in a Delaware court, alleging that it has infringed on the four-strap design of its best-selling Energy Bra, offering the items for sale at lower prices. It is seeking damages and an injunction on the sale of the allegedly infringing items: the Armour Eclipse Low Impact, Armour Shape Low Impact, UA On the Move, and UA Printed Strappy Bra sports bras.
