Lululemon Athletica opened its store on London's King's Road on Jan. 23. Meanwhile, members of the Wilson family that controls Lululemon are planning to open two or three Kit & Ace stores in London as well later this year, according to Drapers magazine. Kit & Ace is a new chain of stores that sell luxurious garments made of cashmere and other materials blended with elastic fibers to make them functional. It was launched in North America nine months ago by JJ Wilson and his stepmother Shannon.  JJ Wilson is the son of Chip Wilson, the controversial founder of Lululemon, who still owns a 14 percent stake in the company. The latter pulled out of day-to-day management in 2012 and now he is also leaving its board of directors, which he has criticized in the past. He is said to be planning to invest more of his time now in the development of the Kit & Ace chain.
