Lululemon Athletica has announced the creation of a Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board, which is meant “to help the company develop best practices and influence a global conversation to improve mental wellbeing outcomes for both employees and communities around the world,” the company explained in a statement.

The new advisory board, comprising 11 leaders, will be chaired by Susan Gelinas, Chief People and Culture Officer, and Nikki Neuburger, Chief Brand Officer.

The advisory board will initially focus on four key areas, including the development and implementation of Lululemon’s Annual Global Wellbeing Report; employee mental wellbeing offerings to provide guidance on mental wellbeing offerings and support for the company’s employees; initiatives offering counsel on Lululemon’s Centre for Social Impact practices to disrupt inequity in wellbeing globally; and mental wellbeing programming, to advise on guest, community and industry programming in this domain.
