During the pandemic, Lululemon supported its teams through global wage protection and introduced benefit offerings in North America, including sick pay for all and spot bonuses for select executives. In addition, the brand supported more than 400 employees through its We Stand Together Fund for individuals facing Covid 19-related hardship. According to the company’s press release, the brand plans to hire more than 8,000 team members across North America in its stores and GEC in the near future.
