Lynx Golf has announced the acquisition of the global Lynx trademark portfolio from Dick's Sporting Goods. The move will allow the British, family-owned golf equipment company to expand globally, beyond its current U.K. and European markets. The trademarks have been purchased for an undisclosed amount. Lynx Golf reportedly seeks a return to the U.S. market, and plans to open new sales channels in important golf markets such as Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, China and more. The company will be exhibiting its full 2018 product range at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, where it also plans to identify partners to facilitate its global expansion. The event, which is the world's largest golf trade exhibition, will be held in Orlando, Florida, on Jan. 24-26.
