Macron, the Italian teamwear firm headquartered near Bologna, has announced a series of new partnership agreements. First, Macron is to be the new Referee Match Kit Supplier of the Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF). Macron will kit out all the referees in the matches organized by the CBF for the next four sports seasons. Macron is also the new technical partner of Lakapi Samoa, formerly known as Samoa Rugby Union, the national sport organization that promotes rugby in Samoa. Macron will supply match kits and the entire clothing line for the men’s XV and also for the Sevens and women’s teams until 2029. Rugby is the national sport in Samoa, with more than 120 clubs and 15,000 players. Lakapi Samoa, founded in 1924, will celebrate its centenary next season. Finally, Macron and ASM Clermont Auvergne, the rugby union club from the French town of Clermont-Ferrand, have announced the renewal of their technical partnership agreement, which has been in place since 2020, until 2030.
