Martin Benda has taken over from Jochen Lederhilger as general counsel at Puma. Benda is reporting directly to Michael Lämmermann, the group's chief financial officer. Benda started his career as legal counsel at Mannesmann Mobilfunk, which has become part of Vodafone, and in 2001 he joined The Coca-Cola Company, as legal director for Great Britain and Ireland, and senior legal counsel for Central and Eastern Europe. Lederhilger had been with Puma since 2006, but the company said he decided to leave to pursue his career as a self-employed lawyer.
