Michael Devine III is the newest member of the board of Deckers Outdoor Corporation. In August he will be retiring from his position at Coach as executive vice president and chief financial officer, which he has held since 2001. His initial term on Deckers' board lasts until May 31, when he will then be a nominee up for election at the annual general meeting.
