Mitre will take the place of Nike as the supplier of the official ball for the English Football Association for the next three years, starting with the 2018/19. The team sports brand owned by thePentland Group had already started in 2014 a four-year deal with the English Football League, supplying a redesigned version of its Delta ball for its matches. Noting that the contract runs through the 2018/19 season, Mitre says it's still very committed to this partnership.
