Moncler said it has won a lawsuit against a Chinese company that produced and marketed down jackets with Moncler's logo, and has been awarded €420,000 in damages by the Intellectual Property Court in Beijing. Moncler sued Beijing Nuoyakate Gourmet in December 2014 after discovering that it sold jackets with counterfeit Moncler logos. In addition, Moncler discovered that Nuoyakate had tried to register several fraudulent trademarks and domain names in China and elsewhere.
