Nautilus is sueing Icon Health & Fitness for breach of contract in a federal court in San Antonio, Texas. It complains that Icon failed to make timely and accurate payments of royalties on patent licensing agreements between July 2006 and Sept. 2010. The contract stipulated a royalty fee of 4 percent of gross sales, paid quarterly, which would jump to 6 percent if it was not paid on time.
