New Balance has opened a new store at the Infiniti Mall in Malad, one of the top shopping destinations in Mumbai. It is the brand’s second store in Mumbai, following the opening of its first retail location on Linking Road less than a month ago. The first store was inaugurated in May by Australian cricketer and brand ambassador Pat Cummins.
The recent store openings are part of the brand’s expansion plan for India. New Balance, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, established its India subsidiary in 2022. The American brand opened its first store in Hyderabad, at the Sarath City Capital Mall, in February of this year. It also inaugurated its first store in Pune, at the Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, in April.
