Neinver, a company specializing in the investment, development and management of real estate and the leading operator of outlet centers in Spain and Poland, announced the resumption of construction of its outlet village “Alpes The Style Outlets” near Geneva. When completed, this will be the 17th outlet center of the company, which operates in six European countries. Construction began in March and has since proceeded on schedule, the company said. Three areas for the main building and parking lot have already been completed. Alpes The Style Outlets is Neinver’s second outlet center in France, following Roppenheim The Style Outlets. The site will have a total leasable area of 20,400 square meters and will feature a mix of more than 90 retailers as well as restaurants serving local and international cuisine.
“We are seeing great interest from our brand partners in this project because of its unique shopping experience, its exceptional location, with internationally renowned brands such as Adidas, Guess and Levi’s, which have already joined the project,” commented Joan Rouras, director of leasing and retail at Neinver. “The center is ideally located on the edge of Switzerland, in the Greater Geneva area, an area with high purchasing power and a large number of tourists. The region has also seen a demographic increase in recent years and is expected to continue to grow in the coming years. To attract this clientele, we have designed a destination place, focused on the comfort and well-being of visitors”.
