Since March 1, Katharina Spar has joined marketing manager Jan Otto as junior marketing manager at the Austrian company STC Distribution GmbH, which is responsible for sales of the Sidas and Therm-ic brands in the German-speaking region. Spar comes from a retail background and has spent the last 12 years at Sport Schuster in Munich. The trained retail saleswoman was most recently deputy floor manager for running, fitness and yoga. In addition, following August Stangl’s announcement that he would be retiring from his roles as managing director of STC as well as general brand director of Therm-ic and moving to a freelance consulting role, Markus Haid, managing director Sidas for the DACH region, is taking over the operational management.
STC has a German subsidiary based at the MOC in Munich.
