The Swedish outdoor brand Peak Performance has opened a 180-sqm store in Innsbruck, Austria, with a new retail concept including care and repair services.
As well as offering maintenance advice and professional wash services, the store opening also marks the Austrian launch of Peak Performance’s second-hand initiative, Wear Again (previously only available in Sweden). Peak Performance products no longer needed by consumers will be collected in the store in exchange for a voucher. The items will then be offered in the brand’s flagship store in Vienna from May 2023 onwards.
The store interior takes inspiration from the natural world of northern Sweden and Scandinavian design and is located in the Kaufhaus Tyrol. In addition to the opening on March 18, Peak Performance will host an official open day for the outdoor community, with athletes from Peak Performance, music and refreshments, on March 23.
Peak Performance has been part of Amer Sports group since 2018.
