Swiss snowboard brand Nidecker has partnered with Danish tech company Layerise to revolutionize the user experience of their new binding system, Supermatic.
As reported in SGI Europe, Nidecker recently launched an innovative snowboard binding system, Supermatic. Together with Layerise — a modern customer excellence tool that aims to allow companies to ”retire the traditional user manual” — users can now access the Supermatic product assistant with one click. The interactive user guide includes TikTok-style set-up videos, product information, FAQs, a live chat, and unbiased media reviews.
