Ann Miller, a 14-year Nike veteran, has been promoted to the position of executive vice president and general counsel, with effect from Feb. 17. She will take the place of Hilary Krane, who will be retiring after 12 years with the group. Miller has been serving for the past six years as vice president, corporate secretary and chief ethics & compliance officer, overseeing corporate governance and legal matters relating to the supply chain and privacy, digital product and technology issues. She was previously supervising all legal work for Nike North America and acting as vice president and general counsel for Converse. Before joining Nike, Miller worked as a corporate lawyer at Paul Hastings and Sullivan & Cromwell.
