Nike is reportedly set to open a store of 3,000 square meters in early 2017 on Moscow's Kuznetsky Most, which will be the largest in Russia and in Eastern Europe. It was announced by A3 Retail Group, one of Nike's partners in Russia, which manages eight Nike brand stores and works with several other brands, from Vans to Wrangler and Lee. The group's founder reportedly said that the store would be a flagship store on par with stores in Les Halles in Paris or SoHo in New York. The store opening was touted as one of the most important agreements reached in real estate in the center of Moscow in recent years. Kuznetsky Most is situated in the fashion district, which boasts stores for brands such as Hugo Boss and Karen Milen, along with many upmarket eateries.
