Designer Brands, the parent company of the DSW footwear retailer, has announced that Nike will reenter into a partnership to sell its shoes at DSW stores. DSW is one of America’s largest shoe store chains. The deal will kick off in October, involving Nike’s athletic footwear for men, women and kids. Nike cut ties with DSW in autumn 2021 as part of a shift towards direct channels. Nike accounted for less than 5 percent of DSW’s total sales in 2019 and just over 7 percent in 2020.
