Norda, a young running shoe brand from Québec, Canada, that last year launched the first seamless trail running shoe made from bio-based Dyneema fiber, announced that it has expanded its global distribution network with partners in key territories starting with the first quarter of 2022.

For the Asian market, Norda will be represented by Above The Clouds in Hong Kong, a distributor specializing in endurance sports products. Oslo-based Blender Agency, which works for sports brands such as Houdini, Sigg and Yeti, will serve Scandinavia, while Bern-based DLD Trading, also responsible for footwear brands Crocs and Teva, will cover the Swiss market. The U.K. and the rest of Europe are in the hands of Mads Faith Hancock of Rich + Hanc in Copenhagen, which also works for The North Face, Napa by Napapijri and Flatlist Eyewear, among others.

Run by an industry veteran, Nick Martire, Norda was recently recognized as one of the global top 20 new performance brands by Highsnobiety magazine and Lyst, an international fashion shopping platform. According to the publishers, “The NEXT 20,” which was first launched in 2019, is “an in-depth report ranking the next-generation brands and cultural pioneers on the rise.”
