On March 2012, Bruno Obermayer, who has worked for Löffler for 38 years, will retire from the leading the Austrian apparel brand after leading it as managing director for 11 years. Effective in September, the new man at the top will be Otto Leodolter; with Obermayer helping out in the transition process until March 2012. Leodolter used to run the Nordic sports division of Fischer, which belongs to the same group as Löffler. For the past six years he has been managing partner of Hartjes, the footwear brand.
