One Way Sport said it would be seeking significant compensation from Fischer, after courts in Germany and Finland rejected three separate claims by Fischer relating to trademark rights and unfair competition. The dispute relates to the use of the black and yellow colors for Nordic skis and boots. The Finnish company said it would seek compensation for the damage allegedly caused to its sales and brand reputation. Fischer declined to comment, describing the matter as an active legal procedure.
