Oxylane's private brand b'Twin will supply bicycles for the cycle hire scheme being installed in 12 municipalities of the metropolitan area comprising the towns of Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing and Villeneuve d'Ascq. B'Twin is scheduled to deliver 2,000 bicycles by September when the hire scheme managed by the public transport company Keolis is due to start. B'Twin will also provide bicycles for a long-term rental service offered by Keolis. The bicycles will be produced at the b'Twin Village situated in Lille and inaugurated in April. The complex includes a store, cycling tracks and a production facility. In 2010, the factory produced 36,000 bicycles and output is scheduled to rise to 200,000 this year and reach 300,000 in 2013.
