Pangaia, a London-based materials science company, and Infinited Fiber Company, a Finnish circular fashion and textile biotechnology company, have introduced the world’s first shirts made from Infinna™, a new textile fiber produced entirely from textile waste. This is the first time a shirt made from 100 percent Infinna, a regenerated textile fiber with the soft and natural look and feel of cotton, is available for purchase. The capsule will be available through Pangaia’s discovery platform, Pangaia Lab. Pangaia and Infinited have announced a multi-year distribution agreement in parallel with this initial release. Infinna will be available on the brand’s B2B platform, Pangaia Science, which brings breakthrough textile innovations and patents to the world through essential products and partnerships.
