Paul Steels is the new independent sales representative for the European and international markets of MacNeill Engineering/Champ Spikes. He will help the Champ brand expand in these regions by improving the service to the company's European distributor base. Steels, 54, has been involved in the golf industry since 1983, when he joined Golf Pride as director of European sales. He has been there since then.
