Peloton Interactive, Inc. and Echelon have settled all pending litigation between them, Peloton said in a press release on Nov. 8. All pending actions are dismissed. As a result of this global settlement, Echelon has agreed to cease using Peloton’s patented leaderboard technology in on-demand courses. The parties indicated they had no further comments on the case.
