Peloton announced that Andrew Rendich has joined the company as chief supply chain officer, effective March 16. Previously SVP, global head of people, Shari Eaton, has been promoted to chief people officer.

Rendich, who brings 30 years of experience in supply chain, operations, customer service and technology, will assume the leadership role with expanded responsibilities that include oversight of Peloton’s supply chain, distribution, member services and information technology teams. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at Grove Collaborative, a major player in the green personal and home care market, leading the company’s operations, customer service and operations technology. While at Peloton, Rendich will also serve in a consulting capacity at Grove. Before joining Grove, he served in various executive positions at Eat Just, Good Eggs and Walmart and held board and advisory positions at numerous companies. He also spent more than 12 years at Netflix in various leadership roles, including chief service and operations officer.

Shari Eaton

Eaton, who has been with Peloton for nearly three years, has been promoted to chief people officer, effective immediately. She will report directly to Peloton CEO and president Barry McCarthy. In this role, she will oversee Peloton’s global end-to-end people activities, including Talent Acquisition, People Experience and Development, Total Rewards & Benefits, People Business Partnerships, People Operations and Safety & Security.
