11teamsports Group has announced the appointment of Christine Steinherr as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective Aug. 1. The appointment comes at a strategic time as the German sporting goods retailer focuses on growth and improving its staffing strategies to achieve long-term goals.
Steinherr joins 11teamsports with nearly two decades of experience at Adidas, where she held various senior human resources positions. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources, leading HR for key Adidas functions and driving strategic HR initiatives across Europe. Her experience also includes key HR roles at KPMG and Accenture, where she developed and implemented various HR processes and development tools.
Steinherr’s leadership is expected to play a key role in driving the company’s HR strategies and aligning them with 11teamsports’ vision and goals for sustainable growth and success.
