Crocs, Inc. announced the appointment of Patraic Reagan as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Sept. 22. Reagan will replace Susan Healy, who resigned with immediate effect but will remain as an advisor through Oct. 31 to assist with the leadership transition.

Reagan brings nearly 30 years of financial and operational experience to the role. He most recently served as CFO of SharkNinja, and earlier held several leadership roles at Nike, including Vice President and CFO for Asia Pacific and Latin America. His responsibilities at Crocs will include financial planning, accounting, treasury, investor relations, tax and internal audit.

“Patraic is a seasoned financial professional with a strong public profile and a track record of delivering consistent, profitable growth,” said Andrew Rees, CEO of Crocs. “We believe his consumer-centric mindset and international expertise will strengthen our leadership team.”

In a statement, Reagan said he admired Crocs’ growth trajectory and sees “untapped potential across both the Crocs and HeyDude brands.”

Crocs reaffirmed its Q3 2025 financial guidance and said further details will be shared at the upcoming Goldman Sachs Global Retailing Conference on Sept. 3. The company continues to focus on expanding its global presence and shareholder value through disciplined execution and brand development.
