Intersport International Corporation (IIC) announced leadership updates during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Cannes on Sept. 6, 2024. Chairman Corinne Gensollen and Vice-Chairman Dr. Alexander von Preen were re-elected, while Harald Tscherne, Chairman of Intersport Austria, and Pontus Petersson, CEO of Intersport Sweden, were newly appointed to the Board of Management for a three-year term ending in 2027.

Tscherne and Petersson bring decades of experience, with Tscherne being deeply rooted in the sporting goods industry and Petersson possessing expertise in finance, technology, and supply chain management.
