JD Sports Fashion Plc has announced the appointment of Prama Bhatt as a non-executive director, effective Sept. 23, 2024. Bhatt will also join JD’s Nominations and Remuneration Committees and the board of its US subsidiary, Genesis Holdings Inc.
Bhatt, who brings over 20 years of experience in omnichannel retailing, has previously led digital and e-commerce teams at Kenneth Cole Productions and Toys R Us. Most recently, she served as Chief Digital Officer at Ulta Beauty, where she played a key role in the company’s digital transformation. Bhatt also serves on the Board and Compensation Committee of Hormel Foods Inc.
