The owner of Elan, Tahe Outdoors and Baltik Vairas appointed Korošec to help innovate and grow its global sporting goods brands.

KJK Sports S.A., a leading European investment platform based in Luxembourg and specializing in premium sporting goods and outdoor brands, has appointed Melanja Korošec as Senior Vice President. She will lead strategic development across KJK’s brand portfolio, focusing on innovation, brand equity and global growth.
Korošec brings over a decade of leadership experience in brand development and strategic marketing. She previously served as Brand Director at Elan, where she played a key role in revitalizing the Slovenian ski brand. Most recently, she was Director of Strategic Marketing and Innovation at Marles d.o.o., overseeing product innovation and international brand strategy. She also holds a vice presidency at the Slovene Ski Association. Korošec is widely respected for her ability to build, maintain and revitalize brands, as well as for developing innovative strategies. She has received numerous awards for her contributions, including the Red Dot Best of the Best award.
