
Scott Sports’ US subsidiary, Scott USA, has appointed Jake Dudek as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
Dudek has over 15 years of experience in operations, finance and analytics in consumer packaged goods and retail organizations. In his new role, he will oversee teams across finance, operations and e-commerce and drive commercial strategy and operational efficiency for Scott’s portfolio of sporting goods brands in the US.
Dudek most recently served as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Signa Sports United (SSU), where he was instrumental in launching two new brands in the US market and developing the competitive strategy and value chain to support wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales. Before that, Dudek was Director of Supply Chain Management at Lovevery, where he scaled the operations and supply chain functions to manage the tremendous growth of Covid. Prior to that, he held various roles at Backcountry, including merchandise planning for outdoor categories, corporate strategy and leading the bike business across the company’s portfolio.
