Kelly Slater’s new conglomerate of companies has hired Diem Culley as the new operations manager for Outerknown, Firewire and Slater Designs, according to ShopEatSurf. Just last month, Slater announced that Dylan Slater (not related to Kelly), the CEO of Firewire Surfboards and Slater Designs at the time, had been named CEO of the new holding company. Culley – like Dylan Slater before joining Firewire – joins Slater from Rip Curl, where she was a member of the executive team and served as Group GM in the most recent position of her 8-year tenure.
