Tecnica Group has appointed Luka Grilc as General Manager of its Alpine Business Unit, consolidating oversight of its three ski brands Blizzard, Nordica and Tecnica under one leadership. The move is aimed at unlocking synergies, accelerating innovation and reinforcing the brands’ positions in the global alpine market.
Grilc, a former professional snowboarder and ski instructor, has worked in the winter sports industry for over two decades. Since 2015, he has led Nordica as Business Unit Director, guiding the brand to international growth in both skis and ski boots. “Over the last decade Nordica has experienced remarkable growth, and I am honored to continue this journey with Blizzard and Tecnica,” said Grilc.
The new Alpine Division structure is designed to sharpen brand identities, foster cross-brand coordination and expand both retail and rental channels. CEO Andrea Dorigo described the reorganization as “a pivotal and highly strategic step,” adding that the new setup would “unlock the full potential of our iconic brands.”
