Amer Sports announced that Joe Dudy will step down as President and CEO of Wilson, effective Aug. 31, to pursue opportunities outside the company. Dudy, who has been with Amer Sports and Wilson for three decades, will continue to serve as an advisor through March 1, 2026. Amer Sports CFO Andrew Page has been appointed interim President and CEO of Wilson and will oversee the Ball and Racquet Sports segment starting Sept. 1, while retaining his CFO role.

“Joe has been a highly appreciated and respected brand leader and a valued member of the Global Leadership Team,” said Amer Sports CEO James Zheng, thanking Dudy for his contributions. He added that Wilson remains well-positioned to maintain its leading market role, supported by investments in Tennis 360 and soft goods.
The company said a comprehensive search for Wilson’s next permanent leader is underway. Founded in 1913, Wilson is one of Amer Sports’ core brands, alongside Salomon, Arc’teryx and Peak Performance.
