POC has come out with its new WO line of protective gear for women. Its back protectors are designed to accommodate wider hips and narrower waists; unisex styles tended to ride up under women's armpits. Goggles and helmets are designed for smaller heads and faces, and gloves allow for narrower hands and longer fingers.
