POC, the manufacturer of snow sports and cycling helmets, goggles, protective equipment and apparel founded in Sweden in 2005, continues to expand its presence in key markets, adding important roles to its European and international sales organization. Oliver Coxhead, the current Country Manager for the UK and interim Manager for Scandinavia, is being promoted to Head of Sales EMEA. In this role, previously held by POC Chief Commercial Officer Kolja Plegt, he will focus on strengthening the retail presence and the POC brand while further developing the sales structure to underline POC’s premium position in the trade. The change will take effect before the end of June 2023 and is designed to help further build the consistent experience that official resellers have come to expect from POC, whether digital or physical. Day-to-day operations in the UK and Scandinavia will continue to be managed by Coxhead, supported by the UK and Scandinavia sales teams.
