Première Vision, the big French textiles exhibition, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Eurovet's fashion fairs for lingerie and swimwear brands and fabrics. The agreement is dependent on all the required approvals being obtained. It covers the fashion manufacturing shows Fatex, Zoom by Fatex, Made in France, as well as Tissu Premier and Collections, which are dedicated to fabrics and products. This represents a group of eight French trade shows organized every year in Paris and Lille. With this acquisition, made through its subsidiary PV Manufacturing SAS, Première Vision brings its portfolio of fashion industry trade shows from 24 to 32 per year in six countries. The purchased events will continue to be run by their current teams.
