Pro Feet, a German producer of socks, headwear and underwear under the H.A.D. and F-lite brands, acquired the Kidneykaren brand of kidney warmers at the beginning of January. Sales of its H.A.D. brand rose by 15-20 percent in Germany in 2016. The H.A.D. brand is distributed in Switzerland, Austria, Russia, South America and in Asia and is about to expand its distribution in the U.S. Most of its distribution partners sell both brands, H.A.D. and F-lite, and a few of them have already assumed the distribution of the Kidneykaren brand. Jonas Fischer has been appointed as brand manager for Kidneykaren. For sales in the Polish market, Pro Feet has signed a distribution agreement with Bikeman. Pro Feet may move the production of Kidneykaren to its own manufacturing center in Frankfurt in the future.
