Puma is launching a line of sneakers in tribute to an Olympic sprinter, Usain Bolt of Jamaica. They have already started selling them in Japan, where the news service Nikkei reported lines outside a Puma store, in preparation for a global launch. The shoes are modeled after the orange spikes that Bolt wore in Beijing. Bolt won three gold medals this month at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin. Puma has sponsored him since he was 16.
