PureGym, the U.K.-based operator of affordable fitness clubs, has opened its first gym in the U.S., located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. It will be followed by two others shortly in Springfield, Virginia and Elkridge, Maryland. Franchising is a possibility going forward.
