Reebok has teamed up with renowned Brazilian soccer club Botafogo to become the official outfitter of the men’s and women’s teams and the youth division. The long-term strategic partnership marks Reebok’s return to Brazilian soccer. It is an important part of its global strategy ”to reclaim its rightful place in sports culture,” said Steve Robaire, EVP of Reebok International, Authentic Brands Group, owner of the Reebok brand. Products will be available for consumers through the club’s direct channels, Reebok’s direct-to-consumer channels, in-store and online at multi-brand sports stores across Brazil.
