Tonal, an intelligent home gym with a personalized approach to strength training, announced “Mirror Trade-In,” a trade-in program that offers customers of Lululemon Studio Mirror hardware the opportunity to replace their discontinued Mirror device with a Tonal device.
Lululemon stopped selling Mirror hardware and announced it would stop producing new Mirror fitness content after spring 2024 after partnering with Peloton in the fall. Mirror users can now trade in their device for a few weeks when purchasing a Tonal trainer. Tonal will even offer to remove the Mirror device from their home at no additional cost. In addition, they will receive the first 12 months of a Tonal program membership for free. The offer is valid until February 12, 2024.
“We know firsthand the impact a community has on a person’s fitness journey,” said Madelyn Sheldon, VP of Marketing and PR at Tonal. “With the discontinuation of Mirror, we wanted to offer their members an opportunity to become part of the Tonal community. […] This is the perfect chance for fitness enthusiasts looking for a fresh start and an inspiring and intelligent fitness routine centered around our unrivaled coach-led classes. As we continue expanding, we welcome all those ready to go on a personalized strength training journey that is designed to ensure each member is on the right fitness path and is guided by our expert coaches that help members push past perceived limitations.”
In addition, the company said that Lululemon studio favorites will join Tonal as guest coaches in early 2024.
