Foot Locker announced the grand reopening of its flagship store on 34th Street in New York City on Aug. 22, 2024. This redesigned store is an important milestone in Foot Locker’s global retail revitalization strategy. The new concept, “Home Court,” was developed in collaboration with Nike and Jordan Brand and focuses heavily on basketball culture.
The Home Court store is designed to offer a premium, cross-brand shopping experience that combines on-court and off-court products with state-of-the-art customer service. The store features innovative technologies such as 3D scanning for precise customization, an immersive digital experience and a customer-centric design that blends street-inspired elements with basketball themes.
The store will also feature a redesigned Kids Foot Locker department with interactive elements and digital tools to enhance the shopping experience for young customers. Foot Locker intends to further expand this concept globally and is planning future openings in other major cities.
The reopening of this iconic location marks a new chapter in Foot Locker’s commitment to sneaker culture and basketball.
